I’ve known Tünde since 2024, when we met through Medici Global Venture. From the very first time I saw her live in Florence, I was immediately impressed by her presence and charisma. 

I've had the pleasure of experiencing Tünde as a facilitator on several occasions. Tünde has an exceptional ability to inspire conversation with her highly empathetic approach to people of all walks of life, creating an inviting open space where people feel safe to share both fragile thoughts and deep-rooted emotions.

I've never known how powerful could coaching be, until I met Tünde.

The coaching sessions with Tünde were like fresh air to me. I remember that after not even an hour of conversation with her, I've learned why it is important to embrace new perspectives when I am experiencing a feeling of being stuck on a creative level. She also taught me how to do that. Additionally, she focuses on helping you look at things from different angles and to discover which way works best for you. Tünde is a very empathic person, a quality that has hugely facilitated communication between us.

I have been to coaching sessions with Tünde for more than 1 year and each time the progress has been significant. I really like the way Tünde chooses to approach the sessions. She is very intelligent and attentive to what you say, asks the right questions and supports you in finding the right answers and solutions for you.

I find Tünde’s coaching approach very powerful because it is based on data and scientific studies. My first conversation with Tünde was through e-mail, but when I met her in person at the Social Media Workshop I attended she was just as friendly in reality as she was in the e-mail. She also managed to create a friendly environment without any pressure whatsoever in the 2 days of the Workshop. 

Coaching was for me a totally new experience, I knew very little what was it about or how would the sessions work. I started the sessions with Tünde with no expectations at all, but they turned out to be great. I learned that is really important to know your values and that we actually all know ourselves a little bit better than we think but we do not know how to dig deeper. What I like most about Tünde is her authenticity and her desire to establish a well-built, strong relationship, and the fact that she’s not doing coaching for the financial gains but to enhance the potential in people.

Before working with Tünde there was a lack of clarity in my life, but now as I identified my true values as well as my limiting beliefs, my communication and interaction with people has changed and it even became my most precious asset.

After 9 months of collaboration so far, I feel more balanced, with character and I have learned to identify my emotions, understand them and be aware of how my mind, soul and body synchronize.

Before I met Tünde, I thought I had everything that I needed to be a good writer. However, something was missing, and I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Now, looking back, I understand that I was afraid to make myself heard. Thus, my voice was shaky and lacked the power I so desperately wanted it to have.

What the DigDeeper coaching approach provides for me first of all is a safe environment where I can be 100% transparent and say things as they are, without being judged.

I didn't exactly know what to expect from a coaching session, what it means or how I can benefit from it. I just knew that I was not particularly happy with my career path at that time, something was missing from my professional and personal life, I wanted a change but I had no idea where to start, what to do or what was that I actually, truly needed. And I panicked more often than not.

Being at the beginning of my career in Marketing, I needed the guidance of a professional to be able to be formed and shaped as a specialist in this industry, and Tünde was the one who was there for me in this entire process. Both in my educational and professional journey, I've always been on the lookout to find people who would inspire me and whom I can learn something from. I believe many people underestimate having someone to guide you and be that someone who represents a successful example in your field of interest - that someone you get inspired by when you are lacking motivation or feeling insecure about your abilities. And all of these things I’ve managed to find when I met Tünde.

There were 6 months in which I felt the growth pains, the pains of recognizing and identifying the things I did wrong in the last years.

On a personal level, I had a lot of frustrations and inner conflicts. And in terms of business, I had toxic clients, and bad payers, and I was toxic myself and allowed them do what they wanted, to break the few rules I had, and I worked with anyone who came along thinking: "I’ll try to make it work somehow".

After going through the process of coaching, I now can communicate easier what I feel and how I feel, without attacking the other person regardless of whether it's a personal or professional conflict.

✔️ Now I communicate more easily with my wife and daughter, and when they have a difficult moment, I notice it and validate their emotions. And therefore I hear more and more often around me that: "Thank you/I appreciate that you understand me".

What I can say about Tünde is that she is warm, sincere and assertive. She is excellent when she interacts with people and she does it in a very natural and personalized way with each individual.
