Her expertise not only helped me understand and develop my emotional intelligence abilities, but also had her guidance in my day-to-day struggles. Opening up to people has always been difficult for me, and my first couple of coaching sessions were unsurprisingly challenging. However, Tünde is exceptionally patient and supportive, and, with each coaching session, I had been consistently making progress: I learned to take credit for the things I did well, but also to take accountability for my mistakes, and consequently, to make consistent efforts in order to improve myself. Being at the beginning of my career in Marketing, I needed the guidance of a professional to be able to be formed and shaped as a specialist in this industry, and Tünde was the one who was there for me in this entire process. The coaching sessions with Tünde have helped me to discover ideas and to focus on what's most important in the moments I felt stuck. Tünde is someone who cares about the people around her and she makes sure this is felt in everything she does by also being very passionate about her work.

My first conversation with Tünde was through e-mail, but when I met her in person at the Social Media Workshop I attended she was just as friendly in reality as she was in the e-mail. She also managed to create a friendly environment without any pressure whatsoever in the 2 days of the Workshop.

Before attending Tünde's training sessions, I had no social media experience, only a strong interest. What I loved about the training was the fact that everything was very well organized and based on concrete and up-to-date examples. Tünde is both a friendly person and a great coach. She was always open to hearing our questions and, why not, ideas. The whole training was rather an open conversation than a one-man show. It was definitely the spark that lit my actual career and I'll always be very grateful for that opportunity.

I didn't exactly know what to expect from a coaching session, what it means or how I can benefit from it. Tünde is one of the few people who managed to provide much more than I expected in our collaboration. It’s difficult to describe in a few words the entire emotional journey and growth process that took place in such a short period while working with Tünde (approx. 6 months).🤍 I’ve learned lots of things about myself after each and every session, managed to say things out loud, see them from a different perspective and then accept them without a problem. I’ve known Tünde since 2024, when we met through Medici Global Venture. From the very first time I saw her live in Florence, I was immediately impressed by her presence and charisma.

They say you meet the right people at the right time, well, I’m beyond words that I’ve reached the point in my life in which I met Tünde. There were 6 months in which I felt the growth pains, the pains of recognizing and identifying the things I did wrong in the last years.

On a personal level, I had a lot of frustrations and inner conflicts. And in terms of business, I had toxic clients, and bad payers, and I was toxic myself and allowed them do what they wanted, to break the few rules I had, and I worked with anyone who came along thinking: "I’ll try to make it work somehow".

After going through the process of coaching, I now can communicate easier what I feel and how I feel, without attacking the other person regardless of whether it's a personal or professional conflict.

✔️ As a result of this I improved my relationship and communication in my family - both within the house and the extended family.

✔️ And in business, I currently only have clients whom I respect and who respect me.

✔️ I have very well predetermined boundaries that I now share with clients and I noticed that they respect them.

✔️ This way I improved the circle of people I work with and I no longer have panic attacks when a client calls me or I see a message/email.

✔️ I am an optimistic person and I believed that I can improve. And now I can proudly say that I have developed my assertiveness and I would even dare to say that it is now integrated in my way of being.

✔️ Hand in hand with assertiveness, came empathy. Because I realised that I can't only be firm with people all the time, not without hurting them.

✔️ Now I communicate more easily with my wife and daughter, and when they have a difficult moment, I notice it and validate their emotions. And therefore I hear more and more often around me that: "Thank you/I appreciate that you understand me".

✔️ I changed and improved the circle of people I hang out with.

✔️ And I don't smoke anymore.

What I can say about Tünde is that she is warm, sincere and assertive. She is excellent when she interacts with people and she does it in a very natural and personalized way with each individual. She is also a good person at heart, smart, sociable and has managed to create around her a group of people with values ​​and principles.

And although coaching with her was one of the most demanding things I've done, it was also the most rewarding.
