Why my clients appreciate me

In recent years, we have tried different methods to create more coherence between departments and to strengthen the team in Romania. And every time we’ve only obtained partial results. And real feedback as well as any deep work and change, was limited.

But this year we decided to approach things differently and turned to you.

We came to you with the real situations and challenges we are facing, and you managed to understand very quickly what we need and the essence of our challenges. And you’ve also managed to build a workshop that felt specially made for our team, tailored exactly to the specific needs we had, even those needs that we hadn't clearly mentioned to you yet. But you caught them.

You quickly created a connection with people, and the way you led the session was simply natural, interactive, and authentic. It wasn't just an interesting workshop, but one that generated a true moment of awareness for many of us.

In the end, we left with more clarity, with new perspectives regarding our relationships among the team and on how we can collaborate better. And we felt energized and inspired. 

Although the workshop lasted about four hours, its effects were visible throughout the rest of the time spent together. Conversations became more open, more honest, and deeper than we were used to.

You helped us understand that it is okay to be vulnerable, that we don't have to be perfect, and that growth begins when we have the courage to look at ourselves honestly and work on ourselves.

Thank you for your professionalism, energy, and for the experience you created for the 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮 team.

It was one of those interventions and experiences that does not end with the workshop, but continues to produce effects even after people return to their day-to-day activities.
