Tünde truly loves her work and you can notice this session after session. She lives to serve others through her work and is completely dedicated to you when working together.

Also her ability to look at things objectively, and by doing so you can find your very own answers to the questions you have.

Not to mention the safe zone she creates, a safe environment where I could say anything without being judged.

Her ‘gift’ and ability to notice the essence of my challenges.

And the fact that she leads by example. Besides the excellence she approaches all areas of her life with, Tünde makes the entire changing process easier and provides me with a lot of confidence and trust.

What have you achieved from your coaching collaboration so far?

I went from an impulsive, anxious Flavius who was unaware of his emotions and values to a Flavius who is calmer, in more control of his emotions, with healthy boundaries and who understands what motivates him and how he can improve on a daily basis while developing healthy habits. I am calmer, more present and aware than ever and I now understand the change I went through and what were the things that were holding me back from progress.

I managed to identify and understand my emotions, my anger, and most importantly I manage to control my emotions.

On a professional level I made some decisions that freed me from anxiety, helped me to take control of my life and to understand what I truly want.

What has changed in your life since working on your EQ development?

When I got my assessment results, my life became more of an open book. I could clearly see my strengths and weaknesses. I finally understood why certain things are easier for me to do and others are not. Working on my EQ has a huge impact on all of my relationships simply because I now know myself better and what I need to pay attention to.

I am a better father, husband, son, and friend due to the fact that I am more aware, I accept myself and want to continually develop.

What do you appreciate about your professional relationship with Tünde?

1. The most important thing is the absolute care, warmth and kindness that Tünde shows every time we speak.

2. Next will be the professionalism and the excellence that she inspires.

3. Third is her ability to understand your feelings, understand you as a person, her ability to ask the right questions and guide you through the labyrinth of your own mind.

I can speak with her about literally everything that goes through my mind without being worried not even one bit of being judged. And this has helped me to fix all my problems that in my mind seemed unfixable because I was to afraid to talk to someone about them.
