Why my clients appreciate me

I find Tünde’s coaching approach very powerful because it is based on data and scientific studies. And the reason I find her approach so meaningful is that it is specifically tailored to my needs. When I think of the results I have achieved so far from the coaching collaboration with her, I have a long list of achievements, however, I’ll just point out the following:

I got to know myself better as well as my values. I communicate in a more effective way even when the conversations I’m in are challenging and there’s a certain pressure involved. And I managed to grow my team and business

Also, before our collaboration, I was not doing well with patience - I wanted everything to happen “instantly” no matter how difficult a task/project may have been. But what I realized was that I was acting out of an impulse.

And what I managed to achieve while working with Tünde was to learn how to look at things objectively and to apply that saying that goes “measure twice, cut once” - and as a result, I make better decisions and set better objectives.

Another benefit and impact I have experienced by working on my emotional intelligence is that I am more aware of my emotions and I have a better understanding of what my emotional triggers are and how to handle them.

Something that I really appreciate in my collaboration with Tünde is the fact that she is very objective when I share situations in sessions and the fact that she supports me in analyzing and understanding the situation in a way that helps me make a decision that is in alignment with what I truly want.
